Made-to-Measure Boots

We take 1 ½ to 2 hours take 40 measurements. We take a history of your foot issues. Accurate measurements translate into a stellar fit of your boot. Eliminating or avoiding foot pain, knee pain, and back pain.

Custom Footwear Solutions

Boots are uniquely suited to support your feet. When you put on a Stewart Boot… you will pop into your boot. The heel is curved in two directions… curved to go around the back of the heel… then curved to vertically to hold your heel in place.

The instep (the bend of your foot), and the heel, have a precise circumference measurement. When your boot is made to this exact measurement this holds your foot in place. Avoiding foot slippage inside your boot… meaning no blisters and no sore feet. 

Lower priced boots leave excess room here so that a greater number of people can fit into a given size. Each person’s foot is unique. Unique in length, width, depth, and shape.

Proper arch support is essential to avoiding foot fatigue.  When we measure your foot, we start with the arch measurement. We then adjust the rest of the boot to precisely fit your unique foot.

There are hundreds of modifications we make to precisely deal with various foot pains and problems. We help relive people of Plantar Fasciitis pain, bunion pain, hammer toe pain, Morton’s neuroma. We adjust the boot for supination and pronation.  Our soles have up to seven layers and our dreamingly comfortable.

Uneven wear in your heels often causes knee, hip, or back pain. We have testimonials praising us for eliminating these conditions. We spend hours making our heels to exact specifications. They are made of 100% genuine american tanned leather. This is the best leather in the world.

Leather is sold by weight. To save expenses, low priced boot makers use one layer of 2oz. leather. 4 oz leather will last 4 times as long 6 oz. leather will last 16 times as long. We use 6 oz leather or heavier weight. We build your boots with an inside leather liner, not paper nor cardboard. Your boot tops have a minimum of two layers. In some cases they have 4 layers due to inlay and overlay designs.
